Mersey Bank Changing Rooms
The latest set of building plans have been submitted for approval. The intension is to refurbish the existing block to accommodate the clubs requirements. The roof will need replacing and internal fixtures and fitting to be refigured, providing better access for disabled and able bodied members.
A kitchen and seating area is being designed into the new plans to enable parents and any members of the passing public to sit and relax with a hot or cold drink.
There will be landscaping to enhance the structure with a patio area for outside seating, if weather permits.
There was a successful consultation carried out with some great support and frank comments about the requirements of the building. The biggest part of the work is securing the required funding for the work.
